FAQ
Questions from overseas clients
Do I need KakaoTalk to place an order?
No. KakaoTalk is the fastest channel in Korea, but you can send your request by email to n_nv711@naver.com instead. Fill in the form above, press Copy and paste the result into an email.
Can I order from outside Korea?
Yes. Your site is built and hosted online, so you do not need to be in Korea. The domain, HTTPS and CDN are all set up remotely, and we keep in touch by email.
How much does it cost in my currency?
The build fee is KRW 200,000 (about USD 145) and covers the domain, the site and search-engine registration. The USD figure is only a guide because it moves with the exchange rate. We confirm the exact amount before you pay.
What happens after the site goes live?
You get three free revisions and one year of free maintenance. Additional revisions are KRW 5,000 each, and maintenance from the second year is KRW 50,000 per year.
Is the 30 minutes real?
Our average build time is 27 minutes from receiving a complete brief to deployment. A site with many pages or a lot of custom content can take longer, and we will tell you in advance.
Which search engines do you register the site with?
We register your site with Naver Search Advisor and Google Search Console and submit a sitemap, so that both Naver and Google can find it.
What should I prepare?
Your business name, your industry, the design style you like and any reference sites. A logo, photos and opening hours help if you have them. If something is missing, we will ask you by email.
