A website is not something you pay for once on the day it is made and then forget. With site30cut, the first KRW 200,000 covers domain registration, building the site and search registration with Naver and Google, and after that there are only two separate costs. One is KRW 5,000 per revision once you go beyond 3 requests, and the other is KRW 50,000 a year for maintenance from year 2. Maintenance is free in year 1, so using the site for 3 years totals KRW 300,000. Every calculation below uses only the values written in this site’s pricing page.
What is included in the first KRW 200,000?
When a business owner gets a quote for a website, the most confusing question is “what is included in that amount?” Even for the same KRW 200,000, if the domain is not included you have to pay for it separately later. The site30cut build fee of KRW 200,000 includes all of the following at once.
- A responsive site with a custom design (works on both phones and PCs)
- Domain registration, HTTPS and a CDN
- Registration with the Naver and Google search engines
- 3 free revisions and 1 year of free maintenance
The goal for build time is to start from a single prompt and deploy within 30 minutes. Because the time is short, the cost structure is simple too, so the quote does not grow into a long list of items.
How much does each of years 1, 2 and 3 cost?
Adding up the values on the price list gives the following. These amounts assume you finish your revisions within 3.
- Year 1: build fee KRW 200,000 + maintenance KRW 0 (free for 1 year) = KRW 200,000
- Year 2: maintenance KRW 50,000, so the running total is KRW 250,000
- Year 3: maintenance KRW 50,000, so the running total is KRW 300,000
In other words, after the start, KRW 50,000 a year is the whole fixed cost. Divided by month it comes to a little over KRW 4,000, but this figure is a calculated value (KRW 50,000 / 12 months = about KRW 4,167) and not a separate billing item.
How much does it add up if there are many revisions?
Revisions are free up to 3, and after that each one costs KRW 5,000. For example, if you request 5 revisions, such as changing menu wording, opening hours and swapping photos, 3 are free and 2 are paid, so KRW 10,000 is added. If you request 10, 7 are paid, which is KRW 35,000. Because the numbers are this small, saving on revisions by leaving outdated information in place actually costs you more. If your opening hours or prices have changed but the old values remain on the website, customers who found you in search make a wasted trip.
Extra revisions are charged per request, so if you write down in advance a list of what to fix, it is easy to work out how many revisions you need.
Do I have to pay the year-2 maintenance?
The KRW 50,000 a year applies from year 2 and is not charged in year 1. The pricing page states this amount as a single yearly figure, so the calculation is simple. When you compare with other providers, it is safer to get into the habit of asking separately whether anything, like a domain, has a first-year price that differs from the renewal price, and how much the renewal is.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy a domain separately besides the KRW 200,000?
Domain registration is included in the site30cut build fee of KRW 200,000.
Do I need to sign a new contract after the 3 revisions?
No. Revisions are still possible after 3, at KRW 5,000 each.
What is the total if I use it for 3 years?
If you use 3 revisions or fewer, the total is KRW 300,000: the build fee of KRW 200,000 plus KRW 50,000 of maintenance for each of years 2 and 3. If you make more revisions, KRW 5,000 is added for each one.
